Our Story

In the year 2003, EDSS group was incorporated with activities in the field of IT & ITES and later diversified into Distribution Network, Biological Vector Control, Construction; Reverse Engineering, ReStructural Engineering, Foundation ReInforcement Engineering, ReAlignment Engineering, Lifting & Shifting Engineering and lately into Vertical Parking; Patented Technologies for Robot Assisted Automated/Manual Parking Solutions for Space Optimization.

We incorporated as a Public Limited entity in the year 2022; EDSS Ventures Limited to cater a broader spectrum globally. We have kept in mind the need to “Conserve Mother Nature” because the construction of a new building is done by extensive quarrying resulting in heavy loss of biodiversity; plants and aquatic habitats are destroyed, moreover; adjacent ecosystems are also affected by noise, dust, pollution etc… We have derived new methodologies for construction in order to salvage the existing building irrespective of their age, size & complexity rather than demolition and reconstruction.

Our Expertise

Our expertise or our domains are into salvaging of existing building and transforming it into contemporary style with the needed restructuring, lifting of the building as a relief from water logging, reinforcing weak foundations in order to have additional floors, realigning of tilted structures, converting brick masonry building into framed structures, shifting of the building due to road widening, restoration of archaeological/monumental buildings from their dilapidated condition so that they can be kept intact, provide comprehensive water proofing solutions for all water seepage related problems affecting the building and providing automated or manual parking solutions under existing building; below the ground and also above the ground.

Buildings are given a warranty of 25 years which is considered as life-time warranty for the work executed by us on the structure. We are in a position to provide a warranty of 25 years as we do not cut the corners with respect to quality. Life-time warranty is provided only for those who opt for that particular option of construction. There are other options of construction also available which do not possess life time warranty but do have limited warranty period.

The existing foundation of a building can be changed completely or partially depending on the requirement. If you need to have additional floors over a building with inadequate foundation, it is possible with the help of our indigenous technology wherein pile foundation (end bearing) can be provided within the building and the foundation is redesigned to bear the extra load to be incurred.
The load bearing columns can be demolished in the ground floor or any floor of the building depending on the requirement without any constraints. Load can be transferred laterally and the existing columns/beams can be reinforced with additional reinforcements in order to bear the additional load to be incurred.
In certain cases ancestral homes have constraints with respect to the space available. The only solution is to demolish and reconstruct a new building with bigger rooms but do have budgetary constraints. We can restructure the rooms in order to have more space and can also transform the obsolete building into a contemporary one at 1/4th cost of constructing a new building.
We do provide parking space under existing building, above the ground and below the ground using patented technologies, enabling optimization of parking space within the limitations of area available. Sufficient parking is vital for any commercial or residential projects to sustain.
We do understand the importance of time and the necessity to be within the time frame. We do assure timely completion of the project or we are ready to pay the Demurrage for the days lapsed provided we are exempted from the after effects of force majeure.
Demolishing and constructing a building due to its dilapidated condition or its obsoleteness or space constraints lead to consumption of a variety of natural resources; aggregates, steel, wood, sand, etc. which have a direct impact on our environment and climate leading to carbon emission. We help in salvaging the existing buildings and with the help of these technologies available we can reduce the consumption of resources to more than 1/5th of the original need when compared to “Demolition & Construction” of a new building. You only need to provide the floor plan of your building, photographs from all four sides (mandatory) and more if possible; which is appreciated and your requirements or a description of problems faced.
