In this case, approximately 35-year-old building had certain disadvantages like single car parking, building had two levels; the front portion of the building was lower than the rear portion. As per the client’s requirement this building was transformed into a contemporary style and had also provided provision to park two cars in the porch and both front & rear portion of the building was realigned to be in the same the same level. The needed warranty was given and handed over.

In this project, this building was constructed more than 45 years ago and hence the facilities available were as per the then requirement. The car porch had to be restructured in order to accommodate two vehicles and the front portion of the building was lower than the main block rather the floor levels were in two different levels. The front portion of the building was detached from the main block and aligned with the mother slab making the floor levels equal. Restructuring was done with the aid of additional columns and beams in order to accommodate two vehicles in the porch area. Work execution was as per the IS specifications.
