കടവന്ത്രയിലുള്ള ദേവികൃപ എന്ന എന്റെ വീട് നിര്‍മ്മിച്ച് കുറച്ച് കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ താഴേക്കിരിക്കുകയും, വടക്ക് ഭാഗം ഒന്നര അടിയോളം ചരിയുകയും ചെയ്തു. ധാരാളം അറ്റകുറ്റ പണി ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും എല്ലാം പാഴായി അങ്ങനെയിരിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് കടവന്ത്രയിലുള്ള EDSS എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കുറിച്ച് അറിഞ്ഞത്. അവര്‍ ഈ വീട് വന്നു കണ്ടു 45 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് വീട് ഉയര്‍ത്തി ചരിവ് നിവര്‍ക്കുകയും മാത്രമല്ല എന്റെ വീടിന്‌ 25 വര്‍ഷം വാറണ്ടി നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തു. "Words like "EXCELLENT","SUPERB","FANTASTIC" etc: would not be sufficient for me to say about the work done by e-DSS. The building was lifted, adding raft foundation, concrete block foundation and belt foundation, which made the foundation of my building more strong than it was earlier. During this period there was not even a crack to any portion of the building. The dug up portion of the building was filled up with the mud removed from my building as well as with other laterite soil. The entire work was done very smoothly and efficiently and well above my expectations. Throughout the entire period,there was not even a word of complaint from the neighbours. I HAVE NO HESITATION TO RECOMMEND THE WORK OF e-DSS TO OTHERS. I WISH THEM ALL THE VERY BEST"

"The work of lifting my house , was entrusted to M/s Engineering Designs and Structural Solutions, Maannully, SA Road, Kadavanthara PO, Kochi 682020. The work was done with utmost perfection and dedication. Infact the perfection in execution and the dedication shown was superb and beyond words. We have assigned EDSS to raise our villa which had gone by a foot at one corner due to some earth removal done on the neighbouring plot behind the house without intimating us. They have done an amazing job of lifting and re aligning the villa and has given us a 25 yr structural warranty. The team at EDSS is very professional and I should appreciate the brave attitude of Mr Jose the owner of EDSS when we approached him for this work. Not even a single contractor in EKM was giving structural warranty for more than a year during those years.
